Monarch Brewing Company is proud to be an independent craft brewery. We crank out our beers on our very small 3.5 BBL electric system that was built here in the Midwest. 

Being a small independent brewery allows us the freedom to be as creative as we want, so expect to see many small batch beers brewed on our original pilot system that is 1/2 BBL in size. This is the same 1/2 BBL system that we brewed on in a small garage here in Monticello as we brainstormed the idea of what is now Monarch Brewing Company.
